This Privacy Policy explains how SaveWithSaas ("SaveWithSaas," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit savewithsaas.in (the "Site"), interact with our owned media properties, or work with us as a brand partner or affiliate (together, the "Services").

01 Overview

We operate a performance affiliate business: we run owned media properties, buy paid media, and route traffic to brand partners on a pay-per-conversion basis. In doing so we process information about Site visitors, users of our media properties, and the brand partners and affiliates we work with. This policy describes those practices.

02 Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Business contact details — name, company, email, and role when you enquire, launch a program, or apply as an affiliate.
  • Partner & payout information — details needed to run programs and process payouts, handled through our finance providers.
  • Communications — the content of messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser, operating system, pages and offers viewed, and interactions.
  • Click & conversion data — click identifiers, referrers, campaign parameters, and conversion events used for attribution.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — as described in our Cookie Policy.

03 Tracking & attribution data

Because we are paid only when a conversion occurs, we rely on tracking to attribute outcomes accurately. We use click identifiers, server-to-server (S2S) postbacks, and cookieless signals to connect a click on our media to a conversion recorded by a brand partner. Where required, this processing is carried out on a lawful basis and with appropriate notice and consent.

04 How we use information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site, our media properties, and the Services.
  • To run brand programs, route traffic, and measure and attribute conversions.
  • To prevent fraud, invalid traffic, and abuse, and to maintain brand safety.
  • To process payouts and manage partner and affiliate relationships.
  • To send service and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

05 Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR or comparable laws apply, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract, your consent (which you may withdraw), our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business and measuring performance, and compliance with legal obligations.

06 Sharing & partners

We do not sell personal information. We share information with:

  • Brand partners — limited conversion and attribution data needed to verify and pay for outcomes.
  • Advertising & analytics platforms — to deliver and measure paid media campaigns, subject to their own terms.
  • Service providers — hosting, tracking, anti-fraud, and payment vendors bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect rights, property, and security.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.

07 Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Services, attribute and reconcile conversions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When no longer needed, data is deleted or de-identified.

08 Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Indian users may have rights under applicable data-protection law, and EU/UK and California residents have rights under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA respectively, including the right to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise your rights, email support@savewithsaas.in. We respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

09 Data security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and continuous monitoring — designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 International data transfers

We operate across multiple markets and may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for cross-border transfers.

11 Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Site or by email.
